Returns

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must have been purchased through Liquid Image either via our website e-commerce or at an event from our staff. We do not accept returns purchased from 3rd parties. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Only purchases made directly through Liquid Image Co. (via the website or other means) are eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges with a valid RMA number. To obtain and RMA, please contact customer support. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at webmaster@liquidimageco.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are available for exchange only.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@liquidimageco.com to obtain an RMA. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

  

Shipping

SECTION 21 - MEDIA RELEASE
Videos and Pictures gathered by Liquid Image from Product Users are subject to the following terms.
Product Users that release media; videos, pictures, etc., to Liquid Image are bestowing express permission to use the media in perpetuity for publicity purposes, with no restrictions, including editing or altering, in order to represent the products, brand, and company. This permission includes use by any distributor or reseller, as well as press agencies and media outlets worldwide. This permission will apply to all images and videos supplied by the User to Liquid Image unless a separate agreement is created prior to supplying the media to Liquid Image. 
Publicity may include any or all of the following media:
Video, sound clip or still imagery that is displayed publicly or internally in one or more of the following ways: online, on TV, in-store, at an event or via printed flyers or other marketing materials. Marketing materials may include but are not limited to brochures, postcards, printed or electronic newsletters, exhibition stand graphics, web sites, social media, staff magazine, promotional videos, and DVDs. Press agencies or media outlets may include, but are not limited to local, regional, national and international newspapers, websites, magazines, television, and radio.
Bestowing permission for Liquid Image to use your media does not guarantee that the media will be used, nor is it an offer for compensation of any kind now, or in the future.
Liquid Image will not be held liable in the event that a third party obtains the images/videos and uses them without the User's consent, improperly cites credit or participates in other injurious activities.
